At PrachinVeda, we ensure timely and safe delivery of your authentic Himalayan Shilajit. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as smooth and reliable as possible.

 

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. After dispatch, a tracking link will be shared with you to monitor the delivery status.

 

2. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 working days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 working days

These are estimated durations and may vary due to factors like weather, courier delays, or local restrictions.

 

3. Shipping Charges

We offer:

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) may carry a nominal fee (displayed at checkout)

 

4. Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure your order reaches safely.

 

5. Tracking & Support

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track it directly on the courier’s website or contact us for assistance.

If your package is delayed beyond 10 working days, please contact our team at shipping@prachinveda.in with your order number.

 

6. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping details before placing the order. PrachinVeda is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or if the customer is unavailable during delivery attempts.

If a package is returned due to such reasons, re-shipping charges may apply.
